My Experiment with Truth……What I see….

Today on the Republic Day, I got an opportunity to visit one old place with which my emotion is related to. I am talking about the place, where I was brought up and almost spent my childhood days…up to the age of 12 years. I have started my primary education there and stayed up to the 7^th class. Later I was shifted to the near by sub division headquarter that is Nayagarh, (which later declared as a new district) for my high school studies.

Since my father was a state govt. servant and was posted as a Village Agricultural Worker (VAW), almost his posting was at Gram Panchayat level. So, he got transferred from Komna (Budhi Komna, of Kalahandi district at that time) to Gadadhar Prasad Gram Panchayat under Nayagarh District (Present). Though I have already started going School informally at Komna, my actual schooling started at Gadadharpradasd Gram Panchay at the age of 5+ years. We used to stay at Govt. quarter present in front of the Gadadharprasad Gram Panchayat. A two room quarter, with broken latrine and a small kitchen. I remember, we used to keep wooden logs for fuel purpose in side the broken latrine room and used to go outside for defecation. There was an LI point (Lift Irrigation) point adjacent to our quarter. Behind our quarter there is a large open defecation ground in which all villagers used to defecate. Also, a small pond there inside the open defecation ground to complete the post defecation works voluntarily. I remember, we (I and my siblings) don’t have sandals (chapals) to use till I passed 5^th class (Year 1988). There was no electricity in our quarter, however, after days of staying in that quarter, we used to get un authenticated electricity connection by hooking from that LI Point room and continued it for a longer period. We did not face any objection as the local Lineman from electric department was very much close to our family and no body used to complain against our hooking, as father was a govt employee and also used to work regularly for development of farmers in that area. So due to positivity, we used to enjoy the hooking electricity for almost a longer period. Also, the key of the LI point room lies with our family as the driver of LI Point (Pumpman) was staying at Nayagarh and switching on/off the LI point requires constant presence of a person, which was completely handled by my elder siblings. And that LI point room was used as a study room for my elder siblings and his friends and near age group students of that panchayat  due to availability of electricity. So, as a whole due to this inter faiths, we used the freedom of electricity through hooking without any complain.

Our quarter was surrounded by some free spaces, in which my father used to cultivate all seasonal crops for our family consumption. Starting from potato, tomato, cabbage, banana, onion, garlic, chilly, jack fruits, ladies finger and so many seasonal crops. One can say, a sample demonstration of big kitchen garden for farmers. Also, since, our backside was a land of open defecation, the soil was very much fertile and the production was very good. Besides, we had full of different seasonal flower plants and most flowers were plucked for distribution to different temples and near by Brahmin villages (Gobindpur). From childhood, I was very well involved with different agricultural process as well as harvesting and plucking flowers daily. Even some near by people from near by villages used to take vegetables like papaya, banana etc free of cost without any permission from our so called big kitchen garden. Not to say more, we had 3 guava trees from which most of the village children used to pluck fruits throughout the year (As the trees gives fruit through out the year).

There was a duty chart plate in our frontage wall in which 5 days of the week was mentioned. Against the week days, my father used to mention a name of the village to which he tours. If any farmer or any seniors used to come for any query or official visits, we used to intimate them  where father was going at that time, which benefits them to track my fathers work officially or resolve any queries. In some cases, we used to intimate father, about the person who was looking for his advise and father used to go to their village at his turn of that village to take follow ups and in some cases, he used to go immediately. This was the life during the child hood.

When we used to go to our native in any vacation, there was almost no buses…so we used to walk 5-6 kilometers crossing over a small river to reach at Itamati..near by bus stop. And during rainy season, since there were severe waters flowing in that river and no bridges on the river, we used to move around 8-9 kilometers through a bridged root via Chamatipur to reach Itamati. Else, we used to walk 6-7 kilometers to near by place called as Barabati, from where we used to ride through a Trekker to reach at Nayagarh to catch bus. So, Itamati was a seamless journey for us to go to anywhere by bus.

Why I am saying all these things…… Yes, this relates to todays experiment with truth…..thats why…

Today after almost after 32 years, I got a chance to  go to that area, to attend some family friends functions in that area. Amazed ! Surprised ! Development….Alas….

Yes, development can be seen in naked eye. From Itmati to Gadadharprasad, pucca road  is seen with bridges over the river. Just 5 -7 minute drive in a car. All villages on the way, say, Champatipur, Amkulipatana, Sukalagadia, Govindpur are having water tanks for supply of drinking water. No free spaces in between the villages as was seen earlier. All villages on the way seem to be different closed wards of a village. One can find 1-2 tractors, 3-4 cars standing in each villages. Almost 90% pucca houses at both the sides of the road. Some houses are having marbles, granite floorings and frontages. Iron/Steel grill doors are seen frequently. But as like before no agricultural activities found on the way, as almost no free lands in both the side of roads visible. All ponds on the way found to be unused, some with less/without water. Schools on the way found to be more developed with boundary walls and concrete structures.

Most people I met, used to recognize and recall me and my parents and siblings. Recalled and listened the child hood memories from other people, how our quarter was, how my father used to cultivate all types of vegetables and how he was doing his duty perfectly. Everybody asked me to come with  my parents once to that area so that they can see them after a long period. Everything seems almost OK.

But things are missing….happiness…development…..peace….overall satisfaction. Most people have left the villages and migrated to Bubaneswar, Capital City for daily bread and butter. Some shifted to Nayagarh for the education of their children. Almost near bout 30-40% of village households are empty with lockouts. These people used to visit the native villages in case of any family function or and festivals only. Agricultural lands are leased to lease holders who still involved in agricultural works.

That quarter in which we spent our childhood memories were broken out and damaged completely. That LI point room was also broken and damaged. The pipes in which water used to flow to agricultural fields were no more. A small temple of Goddess (at that time was worshipped under a tree with a small curved house of less than 4 feet, that I remember)  was built upon in front of damaged quarter adjacent to the Gram Panchayat office. I could not able to see the Post Office which was running in Gram Panchyat Office compound as the GP Office is also damaged.  But a new health Sub center was built adjacent to the Panchayat Office, in which on ground floor, an ANM is staying permanently and the 1^st Floor  remains unused / unoccupied for the purpose of sub centre. A new GP office found under construction backside of the Subcenter.

After a long hour of discussion about the villages, present activities, I met the local Sarapanch of the Gram Panchyat, who also recognized me. Also there were 10-12 people joined the chit chat. A common complain that, after transfer of my father from that GP, no VAWs posted in that GP stayed in that quarter, due to which some local youths encroached that quarter for some days and after they left for their daily activities , that quarter broke down. The LI point was closed due to closure of that irrigation scheme and Lift Irrigation Corporation. And all the water pipes joining from the LI Point to different agricultural fields were stolen and some broken. The main economic activity of that are was cultivation of sugarcane which was using more water slowly waved out along with closure of near by sugar mill at Panipolila. So, most of the agriculture was shifted for Paddy cultivation. In absence of LI point and proper irrigation facility, economic activities shifted from agriculture to migration to near by urban areas. Even people those who were completely dependant on agriculture having agricultural land more than 1-2 hecters, their children have started migrating for employment near by. I queries about the concept of Pani Panchayat…but everybody told that a big failure concept. Above all water to agricultural field is a major problem in this area.

Regarding the health care services, complaints received that, the newly recruited Community Health Officer (CHO) is visiting the sub centre once in a week for 1-2 hours maximum. Never used to facilitate the health care services. Though many complaints and petitions and allegations raised to the Collector, CDMO office, everything is in vein. It is well identified, that, the Sub center was prepared and coloured for Kayakalp visit, but the day when kayakalpa team visited the sub centre, neither the ANM nor the CHO was present. No free medicines and testing kits available at sub centre. All efforts in raising the voice to CMO, CHC-Bada Pandusar and MO-Balugaon and CDMO-Nayagarh and DM-Nayagarh are in vein. In spite of all facilities given at sub centre level, local people used to visit Nayagarh DHH in case emergency as well as for any small diseases. People opine that all govt officers in health are corrupted. The posted CHO is misbehaving locals and reporting false and threatening to file sexual harassment cases against complainants. The Sarapanch replied that, the CHO is taking blank signature of Sarapanch to spend money in different activities as Sarapanch is the joint signatory of the local Jana-Arogya Samiti. It seems that, local Sarapanch is also involved with the corruption of CHO, which was discussed later in the absence of Sarapanch among the locals. Most people opined for a change in Govt. (Politics) to minimize such type of rampant corruption, but who will bell the cat..?

Most of the Ponds remain un used and disputed. People are well acquainted with tap water at door step and latrines at home. Surprisingly, it is found a small thatched cottage of a person named, Gundicha Nayak- a landless daily wage labour, just in front of Gram Panchay office without any pucca roof even after 32 years, I left that area, and found as it is during my child hood days, even more torn and broken, not likely to stay as a habitat. Not able to get covered under PM-Ayas yoyana. Fact is that the local Sarapanch is not able to see the house which is present just opposite to the GP Office and heath Sub Center.

It is found that, though Schools are well developed as compared to 32 years back, most children joining English medium schools and it is the main reason of urban migration among the job holders as well as middle class ones. Surprisingly, some are in good Jobs like OAS, Engineers, Bank POs, Good private jobs , those who have completed their education from the local schools, but in todays context sending their children to English medium schools and migrating to Nayagarh town in the name of education of their off springs.

While returning my work place, I was just wondering, what went wrong..? Why the Govt. stopped the LI Point scheme which was the back bone of sugarcane cultivation in that area ? Why no VAWs stayed in that locality when a quarter was present which ruined later due to non usage ? In spite of a good building health sub center, why the CHO is not doing her duty and getting a salary of 40K along with incentives of 10K per month by doing false reporting ? Why people who have made their career in studying in the same local school, prefer to send their off spring to private English medium school nearby or is it just a mania for urban migration..? How the system will be rectified when one can find changes in nature of people in the society….who can answer..?

The virtual collapse of system of governance under “Bikash Purush” 2.0 (Part-II)

This is the 2nd part of our previous blog post regarding the failure of systems of governance during Covid-19 in India. Most of my readers opine that, I am anti Govt. but this is not true. I am not negative. Just I am trying to bring forward some unbelievable truth about the system and governance and how it impacts lives of millions of people in India. 

Basically, all know that, all was well in India. India was trying to a reach 5 billion dollar economy. Also the Yoga Guru, IT Guru…and  so many Gurus. But the Covid-19 pandemic has brought forward the naked truth from real ground and now this is the right time for self analysis by individual Indians, irrespective of caste, religion, and colour.

Why I am saying so ? Am I a pessimistic ? An optimistic ? or a Realistic individual, depends upon my readers..how they will take me from my analysis. Lets analyse the distressed health system supported by poor IT infrastructure and how it affected to public in India.

Part-1:- Failure of Covid-19 Portal in giving RT-PCR report live basis…thanks to the poor IT system

I think, in today’s context everybody is aware of the importance of RT-PCR test for Covid-19. It is an essential test required for treatment of Covid patients. Govt. has authorised some laboratories to conduct this test, which lists are available in Arogyasetu App. As per this Govt. of India web site for tracking and tracing of Covid-19 affected patients (https://www.aarogyasetu.gov.in/) , after the RT-PCR sample are collected from patients and analysed in ICMR approved laboratories, it is results are uploaded in ICMR portal, which is mandatory

The step-1– sample are collected– it is fine. The 2nd step-collected sample analysed– it is partially true. The 3rd step- Lab uploads the test report to ICMR portal–it is completely false. The step-4- If test report is +ve, ICMR shares details with Arogyasetu–it is completely false. and further steps we will not discuss…as I feel it is of no value in today’s context, but having immense importance to make Indian public fool through fake news.

Why step-2 is partially true.. lets me discuss. In RT-PCR test, if the “Ct value” is important in calculating the viral load. It is assumed that less the “Ct value”, higher the viral load and vice versa. This assumption is also challenged by some clinicians. Even, it is also mentioned that, the “Ct value” depends upon the Kit used to collect the sample as well as the efficiency of the technicians how he collects the sample effectively.  (Source- https://www.icmr.gov.in/pdf/covid/techdoc/Advisory_on_correlation_of_COVID_severity_with_Ct_values.pdf.

Similarly, transportation and temperature also plays an important role in deciding the “Ct value”. and many more things. So, over all, it can be concluded that, though “Ct value” is important to know the status of the viral load on the patients, in most cases, the report may not be perfect. As whatever, value can be written, no body can challenge the report legally. The main important thing is that, ICMR in this clarification does not feel confident to mention the benchmark standard “Ct value” for RT-PCR test for different testing kits and processes. Very good intelligent work done by ICMR. Hats off to our scientists for their research.

So, while, I have tried to analyse different RT-PCR reports, I found same peculiar things. Some reports mentioning “Ct value” standard bench mark value is 37 while some mentioning 38. Yes, as per ICMR, both are correct. If some test will say 20 or 40, it will also be correct as there is no standard value defined. That is the reason, some test labs not mentioning “Ct value” at all in their reports. It is better to do nothing instead of getting confused. Great work done buddy.

Why the sample report are not 100% true, I am citing another reason. The 1st thing is that, while collecting the samples from any suspected patients either +ve or  -ve, and the sample is registered in Covid-19 portal, the patient used to get an auto system generated SMS in the given mobile number as mentioned in different cases above. By this SMS, the patient can get confirmation that his/her sample reaches at the concerned testing laboratories. The Case-3 & Case-4 are samples collected at Ranpur CHC under  Nayagarh District. and the rest Case-1,2 & 5 are collected at Bhubaneswar. It is a matter of surprise that, the Case-3 & 4 , though as per the SMS received, the Case-3 sample was sent to SCB MCH, Cuttack on May 14th, which was lost some where as per the communication from Nayagarh District Covid centre. The next sample was collected after 12 days and again sent to Redcliffe Life Science Pvt Ltd, Bhubaneswar.  In the 2nd day of 2nd Sample, the patient got a call from Nayagarh Dist Covid helpline Centre that she was tested +ve. But when the patient asked for the report, the helpline centre expressed their inability to provide the same as the same was not received by them. As they have received a consolidated report of all samples, not individual report. When the patient tried to get the report from the Covid dash board as declared in different media as well as also in SMS from Govt., that shows, “NO RECORDS FOUND against SRF ID”.

So, when the author enquired about some other Covid tested patients, came to know that, in general everybody has received their test reports in their whatsapp personally from the sample collected technician and no body has tried the Online facility. Alas ! This is the society. Even no body attempted to have a downloadable report from Govt. Covid dash board including myself also. Interesting ! and when I started collecting some SMS with SRF ID and tried to download the report from Covid dash board portal…found nothing downloadable as no SRF ID found.

This clearly indicates the Step-2 is not working and a failure one. I challenge anybody who has received SMS for collection of his/her RT-PCR test, can chk for their online report and see what reality is.

Besides, I am in doubt, while the Arogyasetu mentioned there are minimum 6 testing centres including the Dist. HQ Hospital in each district, what is the necessity of sending the samples to Cuttack and Bhubaneswar from Nayagarh District. Here, one can claim that, the testing centres were doing only Antigen Tests , not RT-PCR, then why it is not clearly mentioned in the Arogyasetu application leaving ambiguity for argument ?

Again, when an RT-PCR sample will be sent from a district to Bhubaneswar which is nearly 90 KMs away, definitely there will be some variations in the test results as the sample were carried and subject to different risks like Temperature, transportation facility etc as per ICMR Reports.

See the Case-2, where the sample is collected from Bhubaneswar, but surprisingly, the sample not tested in Odisha and sent to a laboratory in Gurugram. It is a matter of surprise that, how the sample is sent to Gurugram during this Lockdown period by which means and in 2nd day, the patient got result of Covid-ve. Amazing !  

Step-3 of ICMR is completely Fake and False. As it is proved in all cases that, the testing laboratories does not upload the test results against sample SRF IDs at all.

Step-4 and Step-5…we will not discuss as it depends upon the Step-3 only. Then it is a question mark, the figures shown and updated regularly of Covid sample tested, Report Covid +ve …to what extent it is authenticated and validated ? All these seems a gimmick ! See the below proofs of SMS received after collection of RT-PCR Samples and the State Govt. awareness  to download their test report which is also claimed to be false and biased.

India is a super power in IT, but we failed drastically to implement a robust IT System for public to get the test report downloadable. Why not sending the report automatically through SMS as like the test registration after sample collection so that most people those who do not have any android phones and internet connections can get their report easily accessible ? Do India lack manpower and IT engineers to develop the robust system ? Do India lack proper co-ordination to upload the test result online by the testing labs ? This need to be analysed to manage the pandemic in more efficient way.

Part-2:- Failure of Indian Pharma Industry in fulfilling demand-supply chain during pandemic

It is ironically to say this also, that, India drastically failed to sustain its supply chain and production to face this pandemic. Lets us take the minimum required medicines for any Covid +ve diagnosed patients. As per ICMR, a patient needs to take Doxycycline, Vit-C, Zinc, Ivermectin, Favipiravir or in severe infections and hospitalisation cases Remdesivir and other drugs as the case may be. It has been seen that, due to production and supply constraints of these drugs in this 2nd wave of this pandemic, where every alternate family member is diagnosed Covid +ve, Indian organised pharma industry failed to meet the exploded demand. This gap has been filled by some PCD companies basically called as Propaganda-Cum-Distributors. I am not commenting the PCDs, but doubting on the efficacy of their drugs and manufacturing practices. Still also, the demand is not fulfilled in India in this pandemic.

Lets come to the main point. Our healthcare system failed drastically in accommodating the Covid +ve diagnosed patients due to which Govt. has initiated tele consultation for patients and advised to stay home and most patients used to get benefitted from this tele consultation. In tele-consultation, doctors only advise over phone and does not give written advise or prescriptions. Alternatively, Govt. has made it mandatory for selling of Favipiravir like drugs  and asking to submit xerox copy of prescription, Copy of RT-PCR positive report. Just think , when the RT-PCR test reports are not available online and are not supplied to  patients outside of Bhubaneswar or major head quarters, if the patient is advised to take Favipiravir over tele consultation, then how the patient can be able to get this drug as restricted by the Govt. ? Who will give the answer to this question ?? Only the family members who failed to collect a dose of Favipiravir to save their near and dear ones life can say their worriness and struggle in this pandemic. No higher Govt. officer or policy maker can.

After facing all the fatalities and loosing near and dear ones in this pandemic, it can be conclude that, the no body can rely on the healthcare system in India. The policy makers seating on the top knowingly everything about the system and ground realities, blindly trying to fool people and play with millions of lives and sentiment of public. Also, some unscrupulous higher officials trying to catch the fish out of mud in this pandemic, who are not able to hear the outcry of poor uneducated patients suffering from Covid and struggling to get rid of this pandemic.

Yes, this is the “New India” proposed by our beloved PM- Modiji….and many more to see in coming future…Alas !

The Free Opinion

Covid-19 will be there till 2024..& there will be a 5th wave !

…… but not later than stipulated period of 8 week… what it indicates ??? Mean…

In my little knowledge, I mean, this is a caution… and the action need to be taken before completion of 8 weeks or 56 days. If at any case, the action is taken after this stipulated time period, then the action will be no mean or may be resulted in Zero factor.

This was the notification on 22 Mar 2021, for maintaining the duration between 2 vaccines by Govt. of India to all States/ UTs. Without any scientific temperament, this duration is revised to 12-16 weeks.Now the question arises, which notification was based on research or scientific temperament ? and why the duration extended again and again ? Will be the vaccination effective, if it is given after 8 weeks ? The answers are not still clear to public. The Govt. as a matter of faith, to manage its inefficiency trying to make all non scientific temperaments to scientific ones by asking some of the top scientists to give statement and plausibility arguments in favor of  extending the duration. But the question is, will it lead to fight against Covid-19 and to get victory over it ?

Today, India faced the 2^nd wave which is uncontrollable. This happened due to the following reasons.

1. India declared victory over the pandemic on January 28, 2021 without scientific temperament.
2. India withdrew Lock down / Shut down to open its economic activities earlier than others
3. People of India, did not maintain Covid-19 protocol like social distancing, sanitizing, using masks
4. Social functions, offices, factories, everything started running full fledged without protocol
5. India failed drastically vaccinating to all people early.
6. India failed preparedness to tackle Covid-19 joying over its victory where Covid-19 was spreading with new mutants among people

Now, it is seen that, in 1^st week of May, most researchers reported India has not touched its peks and may touch in 2^nd week of may. And on 15^th May 2021, one report published that, India has already witnessed its peak on 21^st April 2021 and there is no need of lockdown In India

This kind of non scientific temperament is only possible in India. As like India believed the magic of thali banging, candle lightening, that helped in creation of a wave in mitigating Corona Virus… India’s transformation from a scientific temperament to non scientific one, even the introduction of “gomutra / cow urine” as an antibiotic against some diseases and likewise situations are making another cluster of highly educatedly uneducated fellows, who believed these canards.

Now, according these 2 classes of thoughts, what the nation is going to pay ? Nothing… except inviting 3^rd wave of Covid-19 in 2022, 4^th wave in 2023, and the 5^th wave in 2025. Then what after 2025 ? This is unpredictable. If in 2024, again any non scientific temperament govt. will take charge in India, it might continue….. else, Covid-19 will be controlled only after 2024 by any scientific temperament govt. if comes to power. No body can agree with me… but this is my opinion which need to be cross checked in future. It may happen that, my prediction model may be wrong as like Covid predictions, Monsoon prediction by IIT  Professors and high intellectuals working in highest salary and senior most posts. But, I am having no sorrows if my prediction model fails…as I am just kidding in modeling…

Why my Model predicts such continuation ?

My model based on some facts and figures based on researchers data.  and in addition, I have added a Variable that is “Human Behavior” and “Non Scientific Temperament”  which are the main cause of this prediction. Details are elaborated below.

1. The vaccination policy of giving vaccine after 8 weeks does not show efficacy on vaccinated people scientifically, though may affect psychologically…. Positivity affect by “positive gangs”
2. India will fail vaccinating its all people by the speed the virus spreads and mutates.
3. The present vaccine was effective against B1, but not effective against the new mutants and the Virus is well versed in mutating new new variants.
4. India will withdraw Lockdown /  Shut down based on  non scientific temperaments like declared victory over Covid on January 28, 2021.
5. Indian people are so much educatedly uneducated that, they can never leave their social structure…  rather they will prefer to die with organizing Kumbh…local festivals…in the name of Hindutwa / any religion.
6. Indians like celebrating their biggest festivals that is “Elections” and every year, there are elections either Panchayati Raj or Assembly….like in 2022 UP election coming. And our Election Commission gives permits to celebrate this function without Covid guidelines helping virus to create new mutants.
7. In the same pace, India failed to focus on R & D to innovate anything against Covid.. rather depending on other Country research making its make in India.. the greatest failure ever.
8. Indian people cant confine them selves in limited space with limited people due to social nature.
9. Opposition people oppose every move of Govt. either good for public or bad , not matters to them.
10. And lastly, Indian people lost their academics to non scientific temperaments adopting in the name of Caste and religion… going back to pre independence era. And will try to drink “cow urine” and eat “cow dungs” or “jadibutis” or “Yoga to get rid of virus”

Details explanation of above assumptions :

As basing on this immature data, India will withdraw its lock down/ Shut down, let it by October month. And as like last year will reopen everything for boosting of its economy. But, it is fact that Covid virus will not be complete over by this 2021. Once the lock down / shut down will be with drawn, we have not many Police force to implement the Covid-19 guidelines like social distancing, compulsory mask etc.  and by the way, if , only 1 person will remain Covid +ve, he will create the Chain and help rising the infection as like 2^nd wave. And administering Presidential Rule to implement Covid-19 guidelines in all areas, from Rural to Urban and Metros is just next to impossible in India.

So, failure in vaccination, in effective vaccination, not adherence of Covid-19 protocol after lock down over, and finally adoption of non scientific temperaments and celebration of social structure and largest festival-elections… will definitely lead to 3^rd wave in 2022, 4^th wave in 2023 and 5^th wave in 2024.

What to do to overcome this prediction or to prove this model a failure one ?

The following proposals are given to reject the hypothesis (Country will face 5^th wave).

1. Either present Lock down / Shut down need to be continued till complete vaccination
2. Vaccination duration should be minimized to max 8 weeks and necessary arrangements should be done .
3. The speed of vaccination should be taken as a mission mode and all people should be vaccinated within 6 months or till not completion lock down should not be withdrawn.
4. If lock down/ shutdown are withdrawn, work from home like culture will be continued and social distancing,   compulsory wearing masks, ban on social gatherings , festivals, rituals will be banned or the present Covid-19 curfew guidelines should be continued.
5. Till complete vaccination, Police forces need to monitor and issue passes for free movements and in case violation, heavy penalties should be collected.
6. India need to be revised its policies and need to be primarily its economy should be based on agriculture and village based industries which will reduce migration and lock downs will have lesser impact on economy.

If any of my readers having difference in my opinion, then they can mail me and we have to wait till 2025 to prove this hypotheses wrong.

The devastating second wave and mammoth crisis in India of Covid-19 pandemic, the paucity of data in Covid infected patients and death rates, fixed political narratives set by politics led media houses made the 70 year full proof system failed drastically.

Irrespective of the discrepancies in data, disinformation and distortions caused by overload of misinformation and fake information, and failure in analyzing the best predictive models and cluster analysis, multi dimensional crisis, economist Shamika Ravi warned the nation in February  that India is in the initial stage of exponential growth in Covid cases, and in March also warned that the Covid 2^nd wave was upon us.  Besides, a forum of scientific advisors to Govt. of India (who directly reports to the PMO, India’s SARS-CoV-2 Genetics Consortium or INSACOG) warned in early March, of a new and contagious double mutant variant of Corona virus, called, E484Q, L452R  (and the latest variant added to this is P681R which is causing increased tissue damage and more pathogens), taking hold in the country (as per Reuters). But irrespective of all warnings, Union Govt. specifically our one man leader PM became “Dhrutarastra of Mahabharat” in supporting and spreading out own Hindutwa agenda and expansion of own political base in different state elections, but, did not take care of the mass spreading of the different mutants of virus. The major reason is the first priority of winning elections politically for building a Congress Mukt Bharat and at the same time promoting Hindutwa agenda.  Millions of unmasked hindu bhakts are allowed to attend Kumbh from all parts of countries helped reaching the virus in the remotest part of the states. Tens of millions bhakts gathered in political rallies headed by our charismatic leader NAMO followed by the oppositions without masks helped the virus in developing a new mutant called Bengal mutant, the best gift given to the Country people by their beloved leaders. Union Govt’s failure to resolve the issues of farmer protest at Singur border  helped the virus in catalyzing its presence to some extent in and around the capital city. And now it is the time of question that whose fault is this ?????? Definitely, we the citizen of India, most of whom are educatedly uneducated, last year who blamed Muslim Jamatis, this year adopted same for own Hindutwa, and after all selecting an autocratic government in disguise of democratic system, who never allows protests, but still people start protesting…all of which seems unfruitful in present scenario, like CAA protest, farmers protest, protest against hike in price of petroleum products,  protest for getting a hospital bed somewhere or protect for unavailability of oxygen to a family member suffering from Covid … just to list a few. 

Why the self declared “Bikash Purush” need to be blamed for this ??

It is the naked truth that, India got its charismatic leader Prime Minister who is the only one man show. Week knowing all the warnings from all advisory groups, the PM declared openly the premature victory over Covid and also believed in his own words without taking all warnings to faith which is reflected in all his doings like without mask, addressing huge rallies breaking the Covid-19 protocols and encouraging public in violating the Covid-19 protocols also, permitting Kumbh without Covid-19 guidelines implementation and so many. In each state election, the same leader is protected as “Bikaash Purush”, starting from lower tier Panchayat Elections to State level legislative elections, who pushed the country to this death zone. In Union Govt. also, no Indians can see the role of other ministries, even all other ministries waiting the final approval of PMO which lead to inaction of setting up oxygen plants in last 8 months. Prior, the present Govt. has already abolished Raliway budget and ministry as an independent one, and hardly any one now can name different central ministers of important ministries like agriculture, railways, civil aviation, industry etc , even, the present Vice Chairman of Niti Ayog, I, doubt anybody can answer. So, if all the success list will go to the credit of so called Bikash Purush, then why not the failures will be credited to the account of same Bikash Purush ??? I know, the blind educatedly uneducated Andh Bhakts will not agree with me… but this is not a canard.

This national catastrophe is self inflicted by the present union govt. Some useless models suggested falsely that India reached herd immunity which leads to encouraging complacency and insufficient preparations. More to add this foolishness, the govt. allowed religious festivals and gathered millions of people through political rallies.  The mathematical models prepared by advisors to the Prime Minister went wrong every time and changing frequently. On 7^th may the nation added 414188 new cases and 3915 deaths with most of the crematoriums and hospitals counting tokens to get their relatives turn on. It is unofficially found that, the actual death rate is 10times the numbers reported by Govt. machineries, which failed in predicting the wave perfectly by considering the time series and cross sectional data of covid affected, hospitalized and deaths in different states and as a whole in India. 

Why the system is made to fail ? Is it planned or spontaneous one ?

I think, everything is planned. And particularly though, this case is a spontaneous one, but it is the result of cumulative planned effort by present Govt. Some readers may object, but I believe so. First the planning commission has been abolished and NITI Ayog has been  established….who is not doing any planning for coming 5 years as like ex-Planing Commission. And now the country is running with NITIs without any planning. Now the country is not having any targets for coming 5 years…. That is the reason, during the stinct of 5 years of Atalji, the golden quadrilateral has been gifted to India and during last 7 years, not 2 rivers are connected….no new AIIMS completed….no new infrastructure developed except now going on Central Vista… and so on.

During last 7 years how many chiefs of Niti Ayog  and how many economic advisors have resigned starting from Amitabh Kant to ARving Bal subramaniam… just to name a fews… India failed to keep the bests as its intellectuals…. What may be reason…..readers can guess.

Govt. promoted Make in India campaign but it has been made a successful failure intentionally and the reason  is just a simple one can see. We banned China products but India is having the highest imports from China which is increasing year on year….but we Indians are satisfied with big slogans…. big commitments…..without trying to visualize what is happening with us…..in the disguise of hindutwa.

Reason of Failure of make in India

Niti Ayog failed in its NITis, all autonomous organizations failed in delivering their individual autonomy, education system is spoiled intentionally in the name of Covid, Govt. can ask doctors to attend Covid duty but for those doctors aspiring for Post Graduate Studies to appear exam online is risky due to Covid as there is chances of getting infected….but doing Covid duty will not let them Covid affected…..evolution of a newer system of online exams which helped students to google  parallelly in getting answers and helped a fail student get more than 80% marks…everything planned or spontaneous… is the question to analyze.

Why I opine, why this is the collapse of the System ?

 If we can analyze the Covid situation in the country in today’s context, we can see the Govt. failed in all fronts. Say, arranging mass testing for Covid affected ones (as there is less supply of testing kits), arranging beds for patients, distributing oxygen as per projected demand, facilitating ventilators, oxygen concentrators, failed in sufficient supply of Remdesivir like life saving injections, failed in supplying vaccines, lastly, but not least in arranging crematoriums for died patients…. And for this who can be blamed for ?

Let’s analyze some major factors of failure of system which need to be rethinked…..

What is the present Oxygen Policy and why need to be changed ?

The union govt has fortmed a committee  comprising of one member from Niti AYog, Director-AIIMS new Delhi, DG of ICMR, and DGHS having  additional members nominated from All India Industrial Gasses Manufacturers Association, Petroleum and explosives Safety Organisation, Ministry of  Road Transport and Indian Railways.  A policy for oxygen demand is formulated, according to which, states are allocated according to their bed strengths. As per the formula, 50% of the NON-ICU beds need 10 litre of Oxygen per minute while ICU beds require 24 litrs per minute. But in this 2^nd wave of the pandemic when most of the Covid affected patients , who are suffering from hypoxemia (less than 94 SPO2 level) , and running from pillar to posts to get admitted in any hospital and dying outside the hospital due to non availability of beds and ICU facilities, they also require oxygen support outside the calculations. Besides, when each state govt are opening new Covid care centres to admit the serious patients these new beds are not included in the present oxygen policy.

Why I am not supporting the ICMR’s latest move for no re-testing of Post Covid + ve patients ?

According to a report by Scientists of Texas A& M University and Global Health Research Complex, a new variant of Covid-19 virus named as BV-1, (of Brazos Valley origin and found in Texas) that, this new strain is causing  a longer period  infection in younger people as some reports come positive even after 20 days of medications  as well as quarantines. So without further research, allowing the Cov +ve patients after 2-3 weeks of medications or quarantine period to move around in public, assuming them as Covid –ve, to what extent plausible it is, is the question of the time.

Why I am opposing the vaccination Policy of Centre ?

In USA, the Vaccination for Covid-19 is complete free, and it is a well known fact that, USA is not a developing country, but a developed one. Their healthcare is highly privatized and still they made Vaccination free. Contradictorily, India has abandoned its decades long policy for free universal vaccination

The population between 18-44 years in India is projected at 595 millions and for 2 dosages of vaccination, there is a requirement of 1190 million doses. If the Central Govt. purchases vaccine @ Rs.150/- dosage, it need 17850 Crore for Vaccination for its young populations which is still less than the expenses allocated for the Central Vista project of Prime Minister. The Central Vista project was not so important and was not the need of the hour. But, to transform present India to a New India, as per the slogan of Prime Minister, India need a Central Vista project as against the life of its Citizens. This is the history. When Tajmahal is made, Konark is made, history says only Citizen has sacrificed their life and money for these monuments and after 70 years of independence we are now in a squire one and standing at the same point from where we have started our journey for independence. This is the fate of our people most of whom are educatedly uneducated.  Remembering the slogan of Prime Minister in 2014 to make a New India, now I really feel that, we are standing at the door step of a New India where India after 70 years of independence going to garland a New form of democracy in the disguise of dictatorship, a new Hindu kingdom and many more new things of old history to be repeated again as a cycle and the punch line “History Repeats it self” is going to be true punch line, ever a bitter truth. According to SII’s Poonawala,  the subsidized price of Covishield is Rs.150/- to 160/-  per dose, and the company was not selling at the cost price but was making a profit. So, in such cases, pricing the vaccine at Rs.400/- now for states and Rs.600/- for private hospitals is the question. Means the company used to make 200%-300% and more profit in each dose of vaccine it sales.  In spite of sanctioning advance of 3000 cr to SII and 1500 Cr to Bharat Biotech  to ramp up manufacturing facilities, fixing the price by making more than 200% profit by the companies and there is no interference of Central Govt. in price regulation, to what extent is it plausible is the question of the hour??? 

Another policy of the Govt. is to levy GST on Vaccine @ 5% which move is being opposed by different Chief Ministers of States. But this request is rejected by the Finance Minister as she claims that, if GST will not be charged, then the price of the Vaccine will be more as the manufacturers will not get their input tax credit. So, Finance Minister has annoyed this demand of the states. Contradictorily the states demand was that, to wave the GST on the entire supply chain of vaccines and to notify the vaccine as “zero rated supply” where refund of input tax will be available to the manufacturer and the price will be automatically decreased. Here the question arises, does the Finance Minister not aware of this calculation so that the end users can get the benefits directly which will alternatively puts less pressure on the finance of states going for free vaccination for its people ?  Then, why the Finance Minister did not agree with the demand of the states to wave the GST on vaccines ? The reason might be the apprehending pressure on the financial health of the country to meet the unnecessary burden of dream project of Central Vista which is the first priority of the present Govt.

The present policy of centre to procure vaccines by states for their own is in question. Without a proper distribution policy designed, the state govts will end up competing among them selves and with private players where the demand is more versus the supply-production. I think this policy is borrowed by our beloved PM from his close friend Ex- President of USA Mr Trumph, who has committed the same mistake last year and who made individual states procure ventilators and PPE kits on their own in USA which led to a chaotic situation where states outbid each other and diversion of supplies from one state to another became rampant.

Why Remdesivir is black marketed and who is responsible ?

Most of my readers may not be aware that, the Central Govt. Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers allocates the life saving drug “Remdesivir”  and “Tocilizumab” to different states which helps in beating the serious Covid-19 infections. And as per the statement by D Sadananda Gowda, Minister of the department, the same case happened like the supply of Oxygen. And as per a report published in The Hindu on 1^st May 2021, Page-9,  the Ministry has failed to meet its existing commitment to states in last 10 day period till April-30, 2021, due to issues with the placement of orders and transportation of drugs across the country. No doubt, keeping in view the demand for Remdesivir, the allocations has increased from time to time, but still the Union Govt. fails to manage this demand-supply prediction as well as the supply-chain distribution. This inefficiency in prediction modeling as well as mis management of supply-chain distribution leads to black marketing of Remdesivir. Then who is responsible for this ?? Obviously, since the drug is under the control of central Union Ministry and the same Ministry looks for everything, starting from placement of orders till last end reach of the drug, they should be accountable for the mis-management and death of patients due to lack of Remdisivir, I opine.

Even Govt. and Health Experts are trying to fool the Indians in vaccination

On 22 Mar 2021, Centre writes to States/UTs to Increase the Interval between two doses of Covishield to 4-8 weeks (first it was 4-6 weeks) based on NTAGI (National Technical Advisory Group on Immunization ) and NEGVAC (National Expert Group on Vaccine Administration for COVID-19 ) recommendation  for enhanced protection. Part of the notification published in PIB website is cited below for reference of public.

…..During this meeting the recommendation has been revised to provide 2nd dose of Covishield at 4-8 weeks’ interval after the 1st dose, instead of earlier practiced interval of 4-6 weeks, but not later than stipulated period of 8 weeks. But contradicting its above second version, on 13^th May, again the duration is revised to 12-16 weeks. This is the second time revision in three months. Covishield dosage intervals have been widened; in March it was increased from 28 days to six-eight weeks “for better results” succeeded by 12-16 weeks.

Here the question arises. Which is correct ? The duration of 4 weeks is effective or 8 weeks is effective or 16 week is effective ? and what will be the next effective duration ??? The fact is that, the duration is increased as per the match between the demand and supply of the vaccine. This is the scientific truth in reality. Is the duration based on any clinical trial evidences or by pressure of the Union Ministry to bias people and to avoid the negative impression on central Govt. on its mis-management of vaccination supply ? Just simple logic. When there is no vaccines supply or inadequate supply of vaccines, then people who are having dues for second does will shout and there is fear of going negative messages regarding the mis management of Covid situations of vaccination. So, to avoid this juncture, just without any scientific evidence, go on extending the durations between 2 vaccinations. No body will complaint as people believe our Doctors / Consultants who represent the society are the genius ones and what they are saying that must be accepted without analyzing facts and figures…. Simple say poor educatedly uneducated Andh Bhakts…. Alas !

My opinion- if in reality, the 1^st revision as mentioned but not later than stipulated period of 8 weeks or the 1^st notified duration of 4 weeks was valid,  and after that duration vaccination does not mean any benefits to the vaccinated people and will be extended to justify the failure of vaccination supply, then what benefit will be available to citizens except being affected Covid +ve even after all dosages of vaccination ? Intellectulas should think over it again and again…. And this is the reason why some people have affected during this 2^nd wave even after both dosage of vaccination. If any research study can be conducted on the infection of vaccinated people in this 2^nd wave, and their duration between 1^st and 2^nd dose , I think the hypothesis will be satisfied that in majority cases he duration must have been more than 28 days.

Failure of Make in India and slow destruction of R & D (Research and Development system) as catalyst

The department of Revenue exempted imports of inflammatory diagnostic kits namely IL6, D-Dimer, CRP, LDH, Ferritin, Pro-Calcitonin (PCT), and blood gas reagents , which are the essential tests for a covid +ve patients from customs duty till October 2021. This is a clear example of our inability to develop a testing kit which is essential for Covid patients. And for knowledge, India is the largest market for Covid in the world. In last several years, India failed in developing different statistical models…failed in quality research….but producing numbers of copy-cat PhDians, failed in emphasizing on Research and development among academicians, lastly adding no class…no exams…for students in the name of Covid……but contradicting, running elections where no fear of infection of covid…..as like Covid is under 18 to vote ! I, opine all are already well planned before to make the system fail in coming future and this Covid management is just a beginning….just to wait and watch….and to enjoy owns rape by our beloved readers.

Is India back to a “Third World Country” again ?

Obviously yes. We are back from “Emerging Ones” to again a “Third world country”. We are dependant again upon others and used to receive grants and donations and surviving commodities from other countries as a matter of charity after a long period of 16 years, as we are drastically failed to manage our situations in right time. In this colossal notional emergency, our country is calling out all major Nations for assistance for oxygen concentrators and plants, N-95 masks, ventilators, vaccines, Oximeters, testing kits etc. and surprisingly our leaders are tweeting with joys while receiving these charities after 16 years when the Manmohan Singh’s Govt. had banned it. Our leaders are overwhelmingly saying these are the result of our shared values….. but the true fact is that, the situation arised now after 16 years, when we are going to beg a spoon of sugar to our neighbor to prepare a cup of tea in our house, without getting ashamed of our dependencies and shamelessly answering as shared values , not to comment, a typical nature of Biharis. A naked truth India faced, premature declare of victory of Covid-19 in a midway by Prime Minister irrespective of warnings from different committees and advisors. We failed in setting up of planned oxygen plants in last 1 year, though we are No-1 vaccine manufacturers of the world, still we are struggling mid way to get vaccinated,  the deadly virus has exposed the effectiveness of failure in our system from all fronts, say predicting models to managing supply chains etc.. The major reason why I said yes is that, relatives of Covid +ve patients are threatened with arrest for complaining of oxygen scarcity while no one has heard of actions taken against the officials / persons, who are black marketing this, the main stream media houses highlights the failure of the Union Ministry as a failure of system without fixing responsibility or accountability to any one, which are some of the greatest examples of “Third world-ism”. 

Finally concluding, I opine that, this catastrophe is caused by arrogance, incompetence of leaders at highest level of Govt., shifting of priorities and responsibilities, strong inclination for political victory and winning elections and for untrammeled power, top leaders and bureaucrats having no moral compass to guide in a perfect way, continuous mockery of federalism,  depriving all independent institutions  of an independent voice and lastly promoting to an autocratic model of leadership style in a democratic set up. No doubt, our country has become “Bishwaguru” in catalyzing humanitarian disaster

Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav

I wish all of my readers a Happy Independence Day ! Thanks people of India for celebrating ” Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav ” in the eve of 75th Independence Day.

Somebody said, hypocrisy is having its own limits. But we Indians  have no limits of our hypocrisy. Before the Independence Day, Govt. of India sent an instruction to its different offices to sing the National Anthem either individually or in a group (official group) and to upload the video in the Ministry of Culture website (https://rashtragaan.in/) and to get a Certificate and almost lakhs of people have done this. People feel proud of themselves by getting the certificates and the Govt. will be happy to announce that, lakhs of people participated in uploading their videos and getting certificates, really amazing ! A good advertisement of National Integrity. Definitely the credit goes to the Hon’ble Prime Minister for his noble and innovative ideas for generating Nationality among the Indians. I salute for this unique and first time endeavour.

But one thing comes to mind. How many of these people who have downloaded certificate for this National Anthem by celebrating and uploading the Anthem in the portal remember any martyr nearest to their offices or homes ? Do it be celebrated only for getting certificate to show national integrity and taking a packet of sweets for self and family members in the name of 15th August and Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav ?

Why not on the eve of Independence Day, people should visit the nearest martyr’s home with a flower or a sweet to meet the left out family members of the martyr to make remembrance of their sacrifice for the Nation for which we able to celebrate today? Can’t we Indians make a few minutes celebrating with those martyrs family by giving a Rose or a Sweet to their left out parents / wife/Children/ family members for their sacrifice to save the Nation and to make us leave peacefully ?? Why Govt. of India cant promote such type of events so that people have an honour for the martyrs in each Independence Day ?

Requesting the Hon’ble Prime Minister to advise all Citizens / Govt. officials to celebrate the next Independence Day with the martyr’s family with a Flower or a sweet and to sing the National Anthem with the martyr’s family and to upload the same in the Ministry’s culture portal to download celebration certificates. Hope, our beloved Prime Minister can able to motivate the people of this Republic to celebrate and honour the martyr’s family in such innovative ways which will be of utmost respect to India.

BENEFITING / CHEATING DURING SARCOV (COVID-19) WITH HELP OF GOVT INEFFICIENCIES

Who told Covid-19 is a pandemic all over the world ? It might happen that, 99% people like me believe Covid-19 is a pandemic which has lost lakhs of Jobs, labourers out of work, street vendors out of business, loss in revenue to Govt. exchequer , loss of pay to some private sector employees and finally a slow down in economy of the country. But alternatively for the rest 1% Indian (contradictory Indian) who thinks Covid-19 brought them plenty of opportunities in their business growth and revenue. Such organizations are not limited to the great Ambanis or Adanis, but to some new level of entrepreneurs and some existing politicians also. Lets have some discussions .

If we will first discuss regarding the great businessmen like Ambanis and Adanis, we will take in to consideration a few business holdings which contribute a majority share to their volume. For Ambanis , Petroleum is the major source of revenue and all people knows what the present cost of 1 litre petroleum during Covid-19 and international crude oil prices. When the rate of international crude oil prices decresed drastically the rate of petrol / disel incrased drastically in our country having an inverse relationship, a contra principle in India. Now come to the Adanis. Though I don’t have any idea about their virtual profitability, just simple it can be well established from a news that, how much wealth has been maximaised by Adanis now. As during Covid-19, when most of the companies are crying foul regarding the increased decrease in demand leading to the increased loss and turnover of the business, the great Adanis have able to procure a golden peacock power producing company that is Odisha Power Grid Corporation (OPGC). In my opinion, before completion of Modi 2.0, Adani Power will be a major power prudecing organization in India having more than 70% of Power produced in our country and will be going towards a monopolistic competition market. And people may face another case study like Jio which had broken all the models of economics and helped closing down most of the telecom companies like Aircel, Tata and frced some other telecom companies to go for huge debt basket like Voda-idea and Airtel….

Now, we will come to new business opportunities in India. Covid-19 has brought the country new business opportunities in the sectors of Masks for SHGs and other small scale business entrepreneurs. Like one of my friend who was having a close liasioning with Bhunbaneswar AIIMS for supply of Covid-95 masks without any lawful open tender and who is having no prior experience in supplying any hospital supplies, but able to get business as no tender can be published due to non publication of newspapers in those days of Covid and used to get a good amount of money by getting the order on preferential basis , no doubts with some back door kick backs also. Like this, the procurement Covid-19 Masks and other accessories has helped some political leaders as well as policy makers becoming Crorepatis in these procurements. I am not saying this. Just these information are revealed from some news being floated in some news channels and news papers in India. Like in Odisha, opposition used to claim that there are some Crores of rupees kick backs in the procurement of some Covid equipment and there was a news that one of the ruled party president in a state has asked for some crores of rupees bribe for supply of Covid accessories to a state within India. So these are some of the greatest examples hoe Covid has brought India newer opportunities in different Business sectors. So, the Modi 2.0 has some of the big reasons to highlight its economic growth and employment opportunities which has increased local as well as vocal communities , if I am not wrong.

Case-1
Now, let me discuss , a new business opportunity in India which made some new entrepreneurs Lakh Patis in a few days only. First let me pray God that no Indians should suffer from these kind of new breed techpreneurs. One day I have received an SMS  from Fast2SMS regarding Price drop Alert ! Genex Gluxy 6 GB/128 GB) Ravel Black 48MP+8MP+5MP camera, 20 MP front Camera MRP-Rs.9999/- Today Price Rs.2999/- c1v.in/9/a on 18-06-2020. This message was received when there was great campaigns regarding Boycotting China products in different news channels and newspapers in India. So, I thought of in a general middle class family and with some greed, that erhaps apprehending loss to be incurred by the Boycott of chineese products, this importer has tried to sell its stocks to minimize further losses and purchased 01 nos online and surprisingly this product was available online for sale , even with facility of Online payment and without COD (cash on delivery option). So, due to greed and middle class mentality, I have purchased one and paid Rs.2999/- online through PayuMoney online payment gateway and through BHIM UPI. (Copy of the payment and purchase reference is attached as proof for my readers). The next day, I received a Telecall regarding the confirmation of the payment as well as confirmation of the order. And surprisingly after 7 days while checking the status of the product whether it is dispatched or not , I found amazingly that the website (e-commerce portal) no more available. Getting surprised , I tried to search for details who own that website details where I have purchased that product and even received a reply mail also. The e-commerce portal name was mobiletrolly.in (Order MT3535) and the website was owned by DHARMA STYLES and domain name was registered by GODADDY.COM and was registered first on 08/06/2020 and was updated on 13/06/2020. Surprisingly there was no address or any name mentioned against and even no contact e-mail ID or telephone numbers in the Registrant website information. https://whois.domaintools.com/mobiletrolly.in). Getting confirmed that , I was being cheated, (I think, not only me, perhaps thousands or lakhs of middle class greedy people like me who are not able to afford a good feature mobile in such a low price) most have lost their heard earned money by this time, I have written this blog and also know that, no such losers like me might not have time and source to read my blog), I have tried to search further more and tried to trace this fake vendor. Then I tried searching in the payment gateway partner that is PayuMoney. I found it more surprised that, as a payment gateway service provider, these 3^rd party service provider does not make any documentation while affliating/partnering the e-commerce portals (I am not saying this, the website of that payment gateway service provider indicates this) **proof attached here for reference. NO DOCUMENT REQUIRED TO START. Amazing ! Even no KYC policies required to collect money from clients and no authenticity required to start these kind of cheating business. Thanks to Modi 2.o who has liberalized Indian economy to digital economy with the highest freedom ! Cheers Modi 2.0 again.

(Here let me opine. Since the last 8 years I am running 02nos  e-commerce portals named as Odiabookbazar.Com and Indiabookbazar.Com and I have also taken CCAvenue as a 3^rd party payment gateway service provider and I have submitted many documents under the KYC policies like a court affidavit in Rs.100/- Non Judicial stamp Paper, PAN Card, Bank Account Proof, Address proof, ownership proof of Domain name details etc and experienced how much it was difficult to get a 3^rd party payment gateway integration during UPA 2.0. but in Modi 2.0 I found how much easy of doing business in India and people and entrepreneurs unnecessary blaming Modi Govt. Alas !, but people should know that, the present Govt. has given us plenty of liberty to do corrupted business in the name and title of different reformation and amending Companies Act, bringing GST Act etc… this is a clear cut example for my readers).

Still, while again searching further more, just to write this case blog, I found that message received from  PayuMoney, “Your payment (Id-329969576) of Rs.2999.0/- for Vicebear.in is successful. For queries on your payment visit : http://pmny.in/FI16L8HEhtoCj)”. This payment message clearly indicates that, the payment gateway is linked to the website Vicebear.in. From the recordsavailable, this website is registered by Adsprout and domain name registered by GODADDY.COM and was registered also during the Covid Period – March only. Surprisingly there was no address or any name mentioned against and even no contact e-mail ID or telephone numbers in the Registrant website information. And mobiletrolly.in registered in Uttar Pradesh while Vicebear.in registered in Delhi. And more surprisingly both the web sites are not available more in the world wide web.

Case-2

The great Covid-19 shutdown/lockdown has promoted the large middleclass Indians to become good cooks, and social media friendly citizens, as almost there was no work in home and seating almost idle, people start downloading movies, recipe channels in you tube and the promotion of newly concept learning of zoom classes and webinars and so many chats, messages and fully utilization of the social media and different youtubers.  This resulted in high consumption of band width and people like me who used to depend on the great Ambanis , I mean, great Jio failed to offer requisite bandwidth even for hosting and maintaining my e-commerce portal. So, I decided to go for an additional alternative source of internet from Airtel. And tried to purchase a wifi dongle of Airtel  online , due to Shutdown phenomena, as there was no other physical alternatives available with me. So, while searching for that product, I found that product out of stock in most of the e-commerce portals but surprisingly found one available in one e-commerce portal STAYATHOME.CO.IN. From the  name, I could not apprehend that , this portal was specifically launched for Covid-19 non warriors like me and I have purchased one by giving online payment of Rs.2751/-. (including shipping charges) Just like other e-commerce portals, I received an order confirmation email also. But this time, the payment gateway was MOBIKWIK / ZAAKPAY and the transaction Id was – 014713609048 dated. 26/05/2020.  Even after the lockdown-5, when I did not receive the products , I tried to contact the e-commerce company and in their Contact Us page found Call on Working Days Between 11:00 AM to 5 :00 PM – +91 -6262602919 , 20, 21, 22, 23  and I tried in contacting in all these numbers , but nothing to do except crying foul. All contact numbers were out of order ! Alas. How much fake people are ! Really a good business model. After failing to contact in the given numbers, I tried to the email from which I had received the purchase confirmation message and thanks to god , received a reply whatever the case may be. But no clarification was given regarding the out of order contact numbers given. And my doubt came true when I have tried mailing them regarding update of my status and receiving no further reply responses from their side. Now I am confirmed that, I had already burnt my fingers out. Nothing to say more. Rather I felt to remain silent without wasting my valuable time and time of my readers.

Case-3

Similar kind of bad experience I incurred in purchasing an anti virus from an e-commerce portal ITONLINESTORE.COM  01 year guardian internet security and the same happened again but with a very much low amount of Rs.275/-only. Surprisingly, though I have purchased many items before from this e-commerce portal, during this pandemic Covid-19, I faced non compliance of my grievance, might be due to this pandemic perhaps, but a sorrowful event happened with me which I am bound to write.

Analyzing the drawbacks and Policies relating to this fraud :

• Indian Govt. has no policy regarding the registration of website, that is why people are able to register websites without any name and address and contact number and converting it to e-commerce portals and cheating people. Though websites are registered international basis under ICANN , but registrar like Godaddy etc. can ask for documentation regarding ownership authentication which is one of the greatest lacuna in our system .
• No doubt, Indian Govt. has simplified and launched different small payment banks for promotion of financial inclusion and digital economy, but without proper KYC as defined before Modi Govt. That is one of the major reason, people are opening e-commerce portals and selling products and collecting money from different customers without any obligation and without any proper documentation.
• Just like I have signed MoU with CCAvenue before implementing 3^rd party payment gateway integration in my e-commerce portals, I remember and also have the proof that, there was a condition, in case the e-commerce portal/website does not able to fulfil the required product and services sold by it, and the customer raises the dispute with that of 3^rd party payment integration company, they have to deduct the disputed amount from the next payout if the claim by the customer is proved as true. But surprisingly, in case the payment gateway, say PayuMoney, even the payment service provider does not have address or tel no or email to contact in its website (I did not find to raise the dispute, or ask to provide me the address details of the e-commerce player registered to get the service to raise the dispute).
• Without keeping the identity of the website/ e-commerce portal, providing them the payment integration with a bank for collecting the payment is questionable from the policy guidelines front.
• Also, it is more astonished that, an e-commerce portal selling products in mobiletrolly.in while collecting payment in another name that is Vicebear.in. This makes me think about the problem in existing policy matter, that , how a company sells product in one name while collects payment in another name ??? Where the rule stands ?? I mean to say that, if the company submits the documents for 3^rd party payment gateway integration in mobiletrolley.in, how it integrates its payment structure with Vicebear.in , I am confused. As in my case, when I have applied for CCAvenue payment gateway for both my e-commerce portal, I have signed separate agreements for each e-commerce portal and submitted affidavit separately. But it is now possible as advertised in the website of Payumoney, no documentation required. Is not a policy issue ???
• If it can be considered as a IT fraud, then also, no benefit will be received in filing the cases in any police station, as there is no address available, no name available, and even the amount is very much less than the limit amount fixed for taking up cyber fraud cases in India.

As an owner of 2 e-commerce portal, being cheated by more than 2 e-commerce portals being registered outside my state cheating people all over the country, now I am apprehending that, people sometimes asking and doubting my integrity of supplying books after receiving the full payment is justified, as I suppose, they might have the victim of such kind of fraudulent practices of other e-commerce portals. But I rest assure all my customers (present/past/future) that, we Odia people belongs to the land of the Lord Jagannath and never thought of cheating people to become Crore patis and to pose photos in news channels and other medias as big entrepreneurs by these kind of fraudulent practices. Today, I realized, why it is very much difficult to our Odia people not to make a company having presence and brand name all over India…bcoz we never enlarge our guts to cheat people like great ……

 I hope, my opinion may hurt somebody, some budding entrepreneurs and some business nam, some may comment that I am narrow minded ogera ogera…. But does not make any difference to me.

Lastly, I will suggest my readers to purchase through CoD only from the portals where CoD facilities are available, in order to get rid of these frauds.

India’s Emotional Economy Conundrum & Emotional Economy Index (EMEX)

After the classes in the Galwan valley of Ladakh that left 20 Indian soldiers dead, there is a great objection to China in most of the India’s TV Channels and Newspapers. Even in social media so many trolls are found to boycott China and this is the time to teach a lesson to China for their heinous job of secret war and breaking of the bilateral treaty after almost 40 years. But my simple question to each Indians- that shall India get benefit from these Boycotts and lessons ?  Let me express my free opinion.

Statistical data indicates that, Imports from China to India reached $65 Billion in 2019-20, out of $81 Billion 2 way trade. This clearly identifies that, India imported $65 Billion in 2019-20 while its export was $81 Billion only with China. Alternatively it is clear that, India exported $16 Billion to China while imported $65 Billion from China resulting with $ 39 Billion as Trade deficit with China in 2019-20 only. Besides, approximately more than $6 billion has been invested directly in Indian companies by China. Bigbasket.com, Byju, Delhivery, Flipkart, OLA, OYO, PayTM, Snapdeal, Swiggy, Udaan, Zomato are some of the e-commerce players in which Chinese has invested and these companies are having majority of employment generation in India. (I suppose this means, China will decide one day where Indian will stay (Oyo), What Indian will eat (Swiggy / Zomato), what Indians will read (Byju), in which Indian will move (Ola/Uber) ?). In manufacturing and Core sector products, powerplants, telecom equipment, metro rail components, most electronic gadgets, bulk drugs pharmaceuticals, even finished products in iron and steel, plastic, automobile components and so many daily used products are being imported regularly from China. Statistics indicates that, the trade deficit with china increases y-o-y increasing India’s core dependency on China. Even also, it has been observed that, in some high drama news channels like the high rating TV show “Boycott China” of Republic TV hosted by a senior anchor is sponsored by a Chinese Company. This clearly indicates that, how our daily life even our media house is being funded and sponsored by China. So now the question arises, whether we Indians can survive without China or not ? In an emotion, when there is a call to boycott Chinese products, shall India’s economy will not suffer from a further depression after Covid-19 depression or not ? Again, will not these boycott lead to another economy unemployment in these all e-commerce service delivery system or not ?

By asking these above question, I am not arguing in support of Chinese goods neither I am doubting on India’s capability factors. Rather I will say that, when Micromax launched a mobile phone in India under the great Make in India campaign , I was the first among my friends to have one handset from Micromax, irrespective of its features. I used to promote Swedish goods and services always. Talking personally, when being a promoter of an e-commerce portal (Indiabookbazar.com / Odibookbazar.com) while using Indian Posts as a supply chain (delivery) partner to us, we are severely opposed and criticized by our Indian customers for not using Delhivery as our supply chain partner and in this we unfortunately lost some of the customers from repeat purchase from our portals. So, I doubt (my personal opinion) whether it will be a successful proponent to ask to boycott Chinese services and products in India ? it is doubtful in todays context.

Contradictorily, let India will not boycott China but China will boycott India in supplying its products and services. Though as a common Indian, I will think and argue in generalized terms that, if China will boycott India or Vice Versa, then Chinese economy will not survive….. I think this kind of argument is baseless. As an Indian, we should not over confidence our eligibilities in competing with China. Why I am saying so ? Most Indians may not agree with my opinion and I am not going to ask each and every Indian to say yes to my opinion. But I am expressing my free opinion as just like an ordinary Indian Citizen having expressing my opinion as one of my constitutional rights. Let me discuss why I do not support this idea of Indian public as a common ?

First, come to the Educational System, which is considered as the back bone to all. In the ranking of all Universities / Educational Institutions all over world (name any rating agency like Times or any one), there is not a single Indian Universities in top 100 allover the world, where as  More than 5 Universities including Research Institutions comes under top 50 in the world. Where as India stands Zero. From the proverb morning shows the day, one can imagine where India stands today ? As a country with second highest population in the world, with the single largest democracy, we are the largest consumer market in the world and Chinese has taken the benefit of our largest consumerism. India failed drastically to utilize its vast mineral, manpower and youth resources as lack of entrepreneurship and lack of innovativeness. India failed in developing a system of promoting intellectuals and promoting entrepreneurship which is the greatest asset for China. I have mentioned some of the e-commerce service players name , those who have created their brand names in India and created economic opportunities in India. Can anybody mention the name of any Indian company which might have generated any economic opportunities in China and become a house hold name in China like Flipkart / Zomato/ Swiggy ?? I don’t recall anyone.

Now come to the knowledge and entrepreneurial scenario. Indian govt has a good policy to promote Indian start ups under Start up India and Make in India program. Even , Govt. of India has allocated a huge amount of funds for the development of indigenous   technology and products. Can any reader name some of the start ups in last 10 years which have made a National Presence in India with a successful country wide presence with a creation of a successful brand name with household presence like Tiktak ? Can any body says, in last 10 years how many Indian Companies / Investors has made huge investments in Chinese household companies ??? Rather news head lines high light Indian companies are getting investments from Chinese investors. Alternatively, we Indian people are getting happy to read news regarding some of the Indian people got rank in Top 10 rich persons in India and the rate are increasing in top 50 rich people in world rankings, but we are helpless in getting investment by Indian rich peoples in Indian start ups or companies out side India which are house hold companies in other countries. This is the duality nature of Indians, which is hard to be believed by everybody.

Truth is truth. I am highlighting another duality nature of Indian people. People who are leading the campaign and trolling Boycott China, I think, these people must be using Chinese Mobile Phone to spread this movement, Chinese wireless adapter to use internet to spread the message, even must have used Chinese media to spread the message. Sponsorship of a program in Republic TV to Boycott China by a Chinese company is one of the greatest example of duality. In such scenario, how India will come out from China ?? where China is in India’s blood, bread and butter.

Our major lacunae. We are a democratic country. Our research and development Institutions have no accountability and even no body can ask about their accountability and output, and if anybody can do so, he will be treated as Anti National. Govt. can spend crores of crores of Rupees for research and innovation without expecting any output. Govt. has no rights to ask for any target oriented research and innovation, bcoz we are Indians and we live in the single largest democracy of the world. Here, once an intellectual gets a good job in any good establishment, the first and foremost priority is to get married with a high profile daughter and host the marriage in a high profile star hotel and the next priority is to come with nxtgen off springs and then to be busy in bringing them up like competing for a better private English medium school, planning for car and an apartment / home is a good location… like the priority for self and family first. The next big priority is to blame the Govt. system for its in capabilities like poor standard education in Govt. schools like this. And the next priority is Govt. is not recognizing our talent and giving less salary and other components as compared to western country parts. So, we condition our children to go for private medium education and plan for them to go abroad to settle in USA/UK/other European countries…. And this process goes on. Most of the time wasted hours, days, months even years in calculating how much arrear one can get if any pay commission will be implemented. Now a days most of the time in office is killed in the discussion and heated debate and arguments like whether war between India and China should be declared or not ? Indian should boycott Chinese products (keeping China Mobile in hand). But no body thinks a second how India will supersede China ? Because we are duality in our character from the beginning like “India” and “Bharat”.

Now come to economy. We know that the stock market index in India is called as Sensex alternatively called as Sensitive Index. As the name indicates, it is very much sensitive to outside cough and cold. Like , if western market say NASDAQ losses by 100 points, Sensex losses by more than 500 points and vice versa. Because we are Indians and we believe in “Basudhaiba Kutumbakam” . Ok, it is our social conditioning that’s why our stock market index is so sensible to others. But what about economy ? I named it as EMEX as Emotional Economy Index.  Why EMEX ?? We Indians believing on our duality nature (character) , promotes Boycott China, as we are emotionally citizen of India (but love China whole heartedly inside). We file cases in apex courts to call Govt. ban Chinese Products, keeping Chinese Mobile in our hand. We debate in TV channels to boycott China while the show is sponsored by China. By this what may happen ? People, who are not intellectuals (I mean who lack reading and researching the facts and figures, who lack minutely observing and analyzing the facts and just rely on the high rated TRP shows) used to be a victim of boycott china, these people in the society will loose. Say, the people who are employed in Flipkart/ Zomato/Swiggy/Delhivery etc will loose their jobs and they will struggle for a squire meal for their family. Will the promoters of Boycott China slogan will help them in getting any economic security of those people who are going to loose their jobs in future ? Absolutely No.

This can be clearly explained with a real time example. Has anybody asked the family members of those soldiers who are deployed in the borders that, are they wanting for a battle with neighbor ? I think, no family members of any soldier deployed at Border never look for a war to sacrifice their family in to further distress. This is called “Deshbhakti in disguise of Poverty” as the border job is giving them the opportunity to run their family as an economic opportunity. In most of the cases, it has been seen that, these soldiers are the sole wage earners of their family and belongs to family of daily wage labourers or small scale farmers. But people seating in AC chambers /AC Homes looking TV Channels are debating to have a war against China. If Govt. can rule that, it is mandatory for each and individual house hold of the country, any single member  from each family, whether male or female is bound to join in defence for the shake of the National interest and to be deployed in border for a minim period of 2 years (say), it will be well known that, for the shake of Desbhakti, the ruling party will not be voted for another term. As everybody loves their family and no body want their family members to face death for shake of Deshbhakti (except a rare few breeds). But it is very much easy to seat in TV channel to argue for a war against China and Boycott China while as duality, no body is interested to sacrifice their sole family earning member for the shake of the Nation and sacrifice a good feature slim high megapixel dual camera selfie phone. As , lastly I can say that I am  “an Indian” and in duality terms “a Bharatiya”. But for the poor rural people, who are influenced by these high profile duality personality, they are not “Indians” as they are only “Bharatiyas”. And for Bharatiyas, who are the majority of the consumerism , boycotting China will throw them to hunger and unemployment and a severe further slowdown in Indian economy and our duality nature will be held responsibility for that.

Why I don’t want Modi as next PM ??

Already the pool in the largest democracy is over and the exit pool results has published. If the exit pool will be the exact pool result, then Narendra Modi is going to be the next prime minister of our country. Definitely, most of the people of the country will be happy in getting Modi 2.0 regime again. But frankly speaking in personal level, I will not be happy. The day, when people will busy in celebrating Modi 2.0 regime , I am planning a closed sleep in fear of the future of the nation. I apprehend more economic down turn, more unemployment, more mob lynching, more hindutwa, more social inequality, more insecurity feelings, more attacks from Pak side, more farmers suicides to occur in next five years. But my opinion is not an ear mark having impact on society. As most of my readers have not voted to any parties as intelligent readers who might be busy in their daily activities and upon whom the election never impacts a lot.

Whatever the case may be, why I am planning a closed sleep on 23^rd May when the total India will be busy in watching different channels in Televisions ? because, I don’t want Modi to be the next Prime Minister of India and don’t want Modi 2.0 regime again. I don’t have any objection of BJP coming to power but I don’t want Modi 2.0 again. May be I may accept NDA 3.0 with Mr Gadkari or any body else as PM candidate, but not Modi 2.0 again.

More ever, on 23^rd May 2019, I will take a closed sleep in planning my budget for next 5 years in which I have to earn more to put petrol in my car @ Rs.100/+ per Litre, sharing 35% or more of my income towards taxation for the big companies like Reliance, Adani etc in the name of the welfare of the poor and planning to protect my business from the evil eye of Modi 2.0. Now I am giving a bunch of reasons why I don’t want a Modi 2.0 again ?

1. During the tenure of 5 years as a Prime Minister of the largest democracy in the world, you do not feel comfortable to arrange a media conference *which you arranged one day before the final pool of election date, but the party president answered all questions and as a prime minister you remained unanswered. It is my question that whether the party has called the press conference or the PMO has called the press conference, we the citizen are in doubt. It is pathetic, unfortunate for the country that, as a prime minister , you are having no moral responsibility to answer different queries of citizens of this democratic republic India, but you have all the rights to make the people of the republic listen your one sided “Maan ki Baat”. Definitely amazing Prime Minister BJP has gifted to this Republic.
2. In my opinion, you are the one and only one Prime Minister in this Republic after it’s independence, who has used highest number of fashionable dresses with high costs in this poor country and always telling people the story of a “Chaiwala” in reality who never want to adopt the simplicity life of a “Chaiwala” but always asking people of this country to live like “Chaiwala” and “Pakodawala” which I can say the language of Hippocrates.
3. During the tenure of 5 years as a Prime Minister, every speech of yours does not reflect any development of common agenda as a Prime Minister of a Country, but every speech is targeted to make India “Congress Mukt” as if your only target was “Congress” not the Development of people. Your all works are judged as a Leader of BJP and as a Prime Minister of BJP supporters but not as a Prime Minister of the Republic India.
4. People of Republic India has seen last 5 Years a stiff competition in Marketing , advertising, selling false promises and spending Crores and Crores of rupees behind advertisements and you indirectly forced other competitors to compete with you in all these parameters and you as a Prime Minister established new fundamentals in Political Advertising which I think, will definitely be added in the next edition book of Marketing by Philip Kotler  under the subject “Political Advertising” and in my opinion, if Philip Kotler is known as father of Marketing, Narendra Modi will be named as father of “Political Marketing” for the nest generation of Management students. Definitely India has gifted the father of “Political Marketing” to the people world over.
5. How to give false promises, false commitments to sell a product or concept and after sales, not to give any after sales support is an art of most of Indian companies (most of my readers will agree with me) and as a former Chief Minister and present Prime Minister , you have mastered this art very well, again confirming the adoption of fundamental ethics of Gujurati business man which is in your blood
6. It is observed that the credibility as well as autonomy and independency of the most of the organizations like RBI, CBI, ECI, TRAI, Judiciary etc has lost. It is also claimed that, all the autonomous organizations are having leniency towards your saffron party either due to fear or due to obligation. This puts a great question mark in the way of functioning of these so called autonomous organization whether they are really autonomous or they are just barking dogs of the ruling PMO ?
7. Implementing the theory of psychology of mortality salience (terror management), you were able to create a fear in the sub conscious mind of people and then you declared your self as a “Chowukidar” which helped your party to polarize the vote banks of the low self esteem peoples of the country who are in the expectation of leading a better life and free from poverty and misery.
8. You successfully marketed your uncanny liability to ability to wow the voters mind as u know that, Indian voters are fool and less educated who are easily convinced by better speeches. You failure to act on intelligence warnings about a terrorist strike against army convoys and the embarrassment of having a fighter plane shot down and a helicopter brought down by own side fire were buried under a full throated campaign focused on Balakot strike and getting Massod Azhar declared a terrorist helped converting negativity of your govt. to positive votes in the name of “Desh ka Surakshya” and requirement of a strong Prime Minister.
9. You have virtually destroyed the reputation of world wide acclaimed calculation and methodology of central statistical organization’s remarkable achievements by meddling the works of statistical organizations and changing their methodology of computation of key figures such as GDP and also by suppressing important data.
10. As per the Credit Suisse global wealth database, in equality in India has continued to rise during your period of Primeministership. The share of top 10% of income tax payers has increased at the expense of the bottom half. Also during this period crimes against Scheduled castes under atrocities act have increased multifold specifically in BJP ruled states.
11. The two major policies that your Govt. undertook like Demonetarization and GST have proved to be colossal disasters for the economy and the small scale enterprises. During your tenure while the world economy witnessed a growth of 2.6% to 3.1% , Indian economy suffered a growth decline from 7.8% to 6.8% and also due to this the rate of unemployment in India grew to 45 years high in 2017-18.
12. In the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Bill 2018, your govt. passed the bill hurriedly without any understanding of the reality. As the bill criminalizes begging targeting transgender persons who rely on begging for sustenance as the last resort without rehabilitating them economically. Also the bill failed to extend the protection to transgender who are the victims of sexual assault or rape.

Gender Bias – Male or Female ? Need to educate NexGen !

From my childhood, my father used to teach me English up to class 7^th out of his busy schedule who neither was a convent educated nor I am. Even, my father was hardly a graduate like hundreds of thousands unemployed youths like now. But I know my father is having worth teaching to me in my earlier school years. Now I am in the role of my father when I am teaching to my son, the same subject English, but the difference is that, while my father used to teach me English alphabets in class- IV, I used to teach my son in LKG. My father used to force me going through The Indian Express since I appeared class- VII exam, followed by The Times of India in Class-X (for one year only) and later shifted to The Hindu in my intermediate level. The habit of reading the articles of S. Naqvi, Sobha De, Pritish Nandy, TJS Jerge, M. Iyer,  (The New Indian Express & ToI)and the enjoyment that I gather from their articles gives me pleasure a lot during my school days. But in my college level, reading the editorial of The Hindu excited me more than ever which till date I am in love with. In my post graduation days as well as Management days, I fell in love with The Business Standard, the Economic Times and The Business Line (Less). But alas ! day by day , frequently I am getting confused by loosing my knowledge and control over English language and trying to forget grammar. It is obvious. One may think that, I might be a victim of alzheimer disease, but no, I revalued my brain. I am almost fine. Then what is wrong that I am going to discuss ? The biasing gender in English. I learnt Peacock-Peahen, Man-Woman, Male-Female etc. But in case of Actor ? Again confusing ? I think, it should be Actress. But is the grammar changed after verdict of article 377 by supreme court and after the verdict of Sabarimala temple ? Are women having equal status at par with those male bastion ? May be ! But how can we put Actor before a female ? How can it be Actor Kajol ? How can an actor accuses #Metoo against an Actor when the Supreme court given the verdict in favour of LGBT in article 377 ?

No, perhaps, I am interpreting wrongly. But since last couple of months and years, I am regularly getting these kind of confusions which is decreasing my level of confidence day by day. In a top rated English News Paper, which I like the most since my early days, how can these kind of mistakes be printed without cross verification by the editorial teams ? While writing articles of national repute, silly mistakes are easily found out by poor readers like me having little knowledge of English. I opine, this should be ACTRESS KAJOL, #METOO- ACTRESS ACCUSES OF MISCONDUCT and this kind of gender bias messages are increasing day by day particularly in The Hindu , which throws a wrong message to the nexgen children about grammar.

I pretend, if this kind of mistakes will be continued by one of the highest circulated English daily of national repute, the present as well as next generation children will not be able to make any differentiation between the sexes and will bias the gender in grammar. And also, even after a few years, nexgen children will speak I is going and the day is not far away, we have to see the consequence of present day English medium schools teaching English to our children since age-3 and it will be a practice which will reflect one day, that we have to see. So, this is the right time, we should change our knowledge of English grammar else, we should adopt to the new way to approach English grammar- you are here to judge. (Ref. PUPPET JUDICIARY IS IN CROSS ROADS ??

-The Judicial System seems to be controlled by a third force. Under one Govt. if one person is sentenced, in another Govt. he/she is set free which seems to be politically biased. And the selection process of Judges in higher courts is also politically backed with little interference of Collegiums. Recent cases proved this.

To undermine the present Judicial system in India and to preserve the Republic systems in the country, this is the right time for the public to come foreward.

Let us take an eye in to certain cases that has been highlighted nation wide months back. I am going to discuss some cases like the death of Justice Loya who faced an unnatural death, the blast case of Hyderabads Mecca Masjid in May 2007 known as Assemananda case, another is the Naroda Patiya massacre case known as Kodnani Case. In all the 3 high sensitive cases, it is found that, during the period of UPA govt., all accused were sentenced, surprisingly,  alternatively, when the NDA govt. came to power, all the accused who were sentenced were set free ! This clearly indicates that, the Judiciary is also not out of purview of the political control.

Lets us come to the individual cases. Loya’s case begins with the case of fake encounter death of Sohrabuddin Sheikh and Kausar Bai during the period of December 2005. Sohabbudin was killed in a fake encounter while on the way from Hyderabad to Sangli by a team of Gujarat police anti terrorism squad and his wife Kausar Bai was raped and killed . A petition was filed by Sheikh’s brother in Supreme Court and the apex court directed CBI to takeover the case and after investigation , CBI had arrested the then home minister of Gujarat and present BJP party chief Amit Shah. Keeping in view the high profile arrest in the case, Supreme Court of India directed that, the trials are to be shifted to Mumbai under a sessions judge. It ordered that, “the trials to be conducted by the same judge from beginning to the end” apprehending the conscious of likeness of political interference in Gujarat. Also, the Supreme Court of India directed CBI to investigate at the encounter of Tulsiram Prajapati as Prajapati was also a witness to Shahbuddin encounter case and the both encounter cases are interlinked.

Judge J T Utpal was initially appointed as a Judge to the case in Mumbai to whom accused in the case, the then home minister of Gujarat and present BJP party chief Amit Shah applied for exemption from appearing in the court which was denied by the Judge. (The reason was that, Mr. Shah never used to appear the case as a trial assigning different health grounds, but at the same time attending party function in Mumbai). So the denial of exemption from appearing for trial in the court lead to the transfer of Judge Utpal. This violated the supreme courts order (the trials to be conducted by the same judge from beginning to the end). and Judge B H Loya was brought in as second judge for this trial. Once Loya took charge, Shah’s lawer applied for discharge which was denied by Loya. After that, it was found Loya’s unnatural death while travelling to Nagpur to attend wedding ceremony. Judge B H Loya’s death was on 1^st December 2014. After the unnatural death of Loya, another Judge Gosain appointed and Shah able to be discharged within a month. Surprisingly CBI who had arrested Shah as an accused did not challenge the discharge order and another surprise Shhahbuddin’s brother withdrew the case and the witnesses retracted their earlier statements given to CBI and Shah was set free !

Again a petition was filed and mentioned in the Loya’s death case in Supreme Court on 12 Jan 2018 for hearing but the Hon’ble Chief Justice did not hear the case. Bench Justice Deepak Mishra, Justice D Y Chandrachud, Justice A M Khanvilkar relied blindly on a discrete enquiry conducted by Intelligence Bureau where statement of 4 Judges who accompanied Judge Loya to hospital were recorded and the enquiry has been asked by the then Chief Minister of Maharastra , but not by the Supreme Court of India. And there was no alteration of the order and Shah became complete free ! Here the independence of Judiciary violating the previous Supreme Court order is questionable !

Now come to another case. On May 2006, Mecca Mesjid – a 17^th century Mosque at Hyderabd became the site of deadly bom blast that killed 9 and wounded other 58 who were gathered for a Friday prayer. After investigation, CBI revealed that, the crime had been planned by a network of Hindu Terrorists and Assemananda was found to be the prime accused. Not only that, in an interview to Caravan Magazine and in another sworn in ceremony , Assemananda confessed himself in 2010 that he was the man behind that bom blast. Assemananda who was arrested as a prime accused in that bom blast case during UPA govt. was also set free during the NDA govt.

In another case, Kodnani, a former BJP minister in Gujarat was found accused in Naroda Patiya massacre case. And arrested in 2009, sentenced to 28 years for instigating mobs that killed 97 muslims during that Gujrat riots. Kodnani was present at the spot of the massacre instigating mobs to kill and loot muslims and for that sedation activities she was promoted from a member of the legislative assembly to a minister by the then Chief Minister and present beloved Prime Minister Narendra Modiji in 2007. Surprisingly in 20 April 2018, Gujarat High Court requited her stating lack of sufficient evidence.

All above the three cases in which accused are members to the present ruling party and then were in opposition party, all the verdicts are changed according to the desire of the rulers. The Judicial system has proved incapable of delivering proper justice in a system like India governance, to modify / defunct the legal system, witness turning hostile, judges transferred / killed to unnatural deaths, prosecuting agencies being changed as per the mercy of rulers. That have undermined public confidence in Judicial system which is having a long term debilitating consequence on republic India.
